Refund and Return Policy
This Refund and Return Policy applies to all purchases made through our shop.
1. Refunds
We offer refunds for products that are damaged, defective, or not as described on our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a refund. Make sure that your order reaches us within 30 days after receiving your order.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

2. Returns
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us, unless the product is being returned due to our error but you have to contact us first in that case. Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired product.
4. Exceptions
The following products are not eligible for refunds or returns:
- Products that have been used
- Products that are not in their original condition or packaging
- Gift cards
